Wed 26 May 2004 Tim and Jill's place Spring Lake, Michigan, Ireland Technically speaking there's nothing wrong with this photo. It's perfectly lit, composition is fine, catch light in eyes. But its the poser smile. Its amazing how young an age kids learn this behavoir. As a portrait photographer, my goal is to move beyond this. To capture that authentic smile and big belly laughs I'm so often treated to when the camera is down and we're just playing. |
